This is a limited-import set of three amazing soy sauce expressions from a 200+ year old renowned Japanese shoyu maker, for the 2025 holidays!   Sashimi Shoyu: Use straight for sushi or sashimi. The rich umami and thickness go well with teriyaki dishes. Dashi Shoyu: This is an all-purpose seasoning. Dilute it for tempura dipping sauce, seasoning for donburi dishes, use straight or as seasoning for any style cuisine. Garlic Dashi Shoyu: Use as a marinade for fried chicken or as BBQ sauce. We also really enjoy it for making teriyaki sauce for chicken. Shake well before use. Kamada is an over 200-years-old company. In 1965 they recognized that busy families might enjoy a cooking shortcut, and decided to market soy sauce with dashi in it.
