Kaiso (seaweed) mix. This is a mix of high quality seaweeds from Japan. It's a mix of wakame, suginori-aka, suginori-ao, tsunomata aka, and suginori shio seaweeds. Once hydrated, the reds and greens are eye-catching and add a pop of color to any dish. i love using this for seaweed salads and sunomono salads and it also makes a great garnish. Just note, it'll expand to like 10 times its size so just start with a 1/4 cup max until you get the hang of it. Directions: Soak in cold water for 5 - 10 minutes then strain. (Don't soak for more than 15 minutes or it will become limp) 3.5 oz *Be warned, this is going to make a TON of seaweed. From Japan
