Zaperoco is a medium roast single origin coffee that is great as drip coffee, french press, cold brew, or any other brew method—including espresso! Zaperoco is a blend from many producers in the Nariño region of Columbia. Since there was no specific farm or coop to name the coffee after, they called it "Zaperoco" after a nightclub frequented by coffee folks in the city of Cali, Colombia.
