These tomatoes were picked while green and are in various stages of ripening. Green tomatoes are surprisingly versatile. Of course they're famously good fried, but you can also use them in anything from curries to quick breads to mock apple pies! Or just leave them out on the counter until they ripen. Approximately one pound of green tomatoes, grown by Sacred Sun Farms.
