Costa Rica- Las Lajas Micro Mill Black Diamond Get ready for something totally different, this coffee is probably unlike anything you've had. Meticulously processed, extremely small lot coffee from the Las Lajas Micro mill, pioneers of Natural and Honey processing methods.  Our roaster recently had the opportunity to visit the mill in person and sample some phenomenal coffee. After that, it was an easy decision to bring this in as our newest Single Origin. The tasting notes on this one have been so delicious but very unlike the coffee you're used to- juicy, tons of pronounced red fruit flavors like cranberry and raspberry, candied orange, cinnamon and clove, and a winey acidity are just a few.
