No more spilling pigment or huffing it by accident. We only the highest grade cruelty free pigments that are ultra-finely milled in small batches. Waterdrop Pearl provides the most beautiful subtle glazed look to any base color to give it that extra waoww factor (our favorite way to use Waterdrop is to help achieve cleaner isolated chrome designs by layering it on the base before adding your silver/gold designs.) Mirror Pearl gives a mesmerizing mirror finish (without a silver base so it can layer over any base color and still allow the color to glow from within).
