Suggested Use:  Take 1ml dropper twice daily Apply under tongue for 30 seconds  (can be mixed with water, juice or food) Ingredients:Cordyceps  2,000 mg Fruiting Bodies(Cordyceps Militaris) We personally grow every mushroom in this blend and make the tinctures in house.
