The long deep upsweep of the clip point blade lends itself perfectly for hunters as well, and bushcrafters as a standby knife that can do detailed cutting.   Approximately 6 3/4" long with a 3 3/8" x 1 3/8" deep drop point blade with deep top edge swedge.     I hand forged as always in my Vermont blacksmith shop. Made from a vintage high carbon horseshoe rasp which is approximately 1095 high carbon steel. This steel is tough, and takes and holds and incredible edge.   The blade is also acid etched to help prevent rusting and corrosion. Which gives it a dark aged appearance.    Distinctive forging marks are left to show these knives are handmade and have a natural aged appearance.   The handle is reclaimed Ve
