This is a big tough knife made for heavy use.   This style knife is based off of several patterns from American History of the past. Its primary purpose would be as a heavy blade knife for chopping. Whether that is firewood, camp chores or game processing and of course self defense.An extremely versatile knife that can be used for may purposes, and handle whatever it's called to do.The over all length is 14 1/4" long with a 9 1/4" long x 1 3/4" x a heavy 3/16" thick. The 5" long handle is American walnut with heavy duty Loveless bolts along with brass lanyard hole with leather lanyard.  Hand forged as always in my Vermont blacksmith shop. Made from a vintage 1095 high carbon horseshoe rasp. This steel in incredibly tough and takes and holds an incredible edge.   The blade is
