Being the right size for nearly all cutting chores or outdoor bushcrafting activities.    The blade is 4 1/2" long x 1 1/4" deep x 1/8" thick with a slight curve for skinning game along with a fine tapered point for detailed cutting. Overall length is 8 5/8"  The spine of the blade has file work jimping for a solid thumb purchase while doing heavy cutting The handle shown is in gunstock tiger maple but is available in several other types of woods as well.   The sheath is made from 8 / 9 oz leather that is double stitched with a full welt along with copper saddle makers rivets at all stress points... waterproofed, signed and dated. Right hand. Forged from a single piece of high carbon 5160 st
