Sal de Ibiza's , Granito con Flores, is sprinkled with a delicate mix of carefully selected blossoms. Sal de Ibiza's Granito table salt is harvested exclusively in the nature reserve “Parque Natural de Ses Salines d’Eivissa” which was nominated "World Cultural Heritage" by UNESCO. It contains no additives or preservatives, nor does it undergo any form of refinement other than slow drying under the sun and gentle grinding in ancient stone mills. Fleur de Sel (blossom of salt) is the purest of all table salts. Use: Ideal for seasoning and garnishing fresh green salads or as decorative -salty- sprinkles on a bed of mozzarella.
