RCA 6V6GT are super warm, full and robust in tone. They are as deep in lows as they are brilliant in high tones. They are THE sound of classic rock and roll. Would you like a little extra ruggedness and security from tubes getting damaged in transit? Consider the JAN version of the 6V6GT if you travel with your amp often! 6V6GTA (1962-1972): Found in later classic Fender amps the RCA 6V6GTA is another classic. Compared to the GT version, RCA 6V6GTA have more headroom and more high-end than their GT brothers.  JAN/Military (1940-1955):  Same exact thing as the RCA 6V6GT but military tested for extra longevity and ruggedness.
