The RCS-10-4L80 is a direct bolt-in and provides ample room for your exhaust. We recommend a polyurethane transmission mount. This G Force crossmember is designed to bolt through the side of the passenger frame rail and will not work for the "top frame" configuration, as commonly utilized on S10 Blazer models.
