The armor is vacuum formed in .100 (1/10th inch) black High Impact PolyStyrene (HIPS). The armor parts are lightweight, easily customized and re-sizable. The armor parts can be trimmed with heavy duty shears or a Dremel then pop riveted or glued together. As it comes the armor is wearable but not extremely durable.
