Sewing Summer Camp

This summer we offer beginner-friendly weeklong sewing camps! In these camps, students will learn to use a sewing machine, and design and create their own garments and accessories. Every week has a different theme, allowing participants to learn different sides of sewing.  More experienced participants can choose a pattern from our expansive pattern library and work on a more difficult project. Kids will be taken to Columbus Park for lunch and break if weather permits. Please pack a nut-free snack and lunch.  July 28 - August 1  - Summer Wardrobe. We will design, choose a pattern, cut and sew garments using woven and knit fabrics. August 4-8 - Accessories. We'll learn about bags, hats, and other accessories and make our own.  August 18-22 - Summer Wardrobe. We will design, choose a pattern, cut and sew garments using woven and knit fabrics.
