08-16 Intro to Gouache Painting w/ Beth Drucker

Instructor: Beth Drucker August 16 (Saturday)  11am - 2pm Teens/Adults $100 ALL materials provided Explore painting with gouache during this introductory workshop lead by local, seasoned artist Beth Drucker.  Beth will provide a basic introduction to the materials and methods of working in gouache, or "opaque watercolors". Develop skills in color mixing, mark making, texturizing and more. All materials are provided and students will leave with a good insight into what they'll need to continue working with gouache at home. *Students will be working with Windsor & Newton Designers Gouache.  This is an introductory class. No experience necessary.  About Beth Drucker: Ms. Drucker had been an Adjunct Professor of Fashion Design at Nassau Community College for 17 years. She has been an Instructor for The Nassau County Department of Continuing Education as well.
