Complete has interior pages in near new condition with very clean, smooth pages except for the following, pages 1-12 have slight creasing at the top right corner, pages 131/2, 135/6, 138/8, 139/140 are detached (some have slight creasing), pages 132 and 150 have a number of neatly made small markings, and 136 has a small rectangle lightly colored in.
