Always scrape the sides of the coconut first ATTA KNEADER:- Fix the Kneader Hook Rod in it's Put 2 cups (500 Grams) of wheat flour (atta) in the Switch on the machine and let it run with the dry wheat flour for a shortwhile. DO NOT pour water oroil in this stage. Start adding water VERY slowly till the flour starts getting together forming small (Add a few drops of oil in this stage IF you want).
