Nutrition & Cooking Outdoors

This is a special class prepared and taught by the best, Miss Sarah Hurley. Students will learn life skills with nutrition to better serve our bodies! Inspired by the writing of Sally Fallon and Nina Planck. Here we are, diving into nutritional studies for gut health, teas, local nutritional resources, ginger, fermenting, and more. Class offerings:  15 week course for our Fall program. Each month there will be 3 weekly lesson plans for at home and on the 4th week we gather for a 2 hour class.
