RSI Knitted Aluminum Reflective Shade Cloth – 50%

The RSI Knitted Aluminum Shade Cloth Program is designed for people that are looking to keep an area cool by cover.  This shade has a perimeter of black material.  There are brass grommets around the perimeter of each shade cloth by approx. 2 feet and one in each of the 4 corners.  This shade is made from a knitted cloth made from metalized HDPE and covered with an anti-oxidation coating and has a shade factor of 50%.    This Aluminum shade cloth is designed to help keep an area cooler by reflecting the light instead of absorbing the heat.  It is designed for exterior use on a greenhouse, garden center shade structure, dog kennel/ run, shade for livestock, bird netting, over tents in the hot sun, campers, it is also used for frost protection over vegetable crops. The RSI Knitted Aluminum Reflective Shade Cloth is a much lighter weight than standard shade cloth.  Studies have shown a 30% decrease in greenhouse heat from using reflective shade materials compared to black shade cloth mate
