Sour Apple THC Delights

Unassuming on their exterior, Stan Devoto’s Sebastapol-grown thin-skinned Pink Pearl apples house electric pink ombre flesh, with tones of blush, coral, and fuchsia. Rose pressed the bright and snappy juice on-site and did their best to honor the fruit’s complex coastal flavor in our kitchen, balancing the sweetness with a fermented red Nanko plum puree, before coating the outsides with a house-made powder of fermented Red Gage plum.
