Taxus cuspidata 'Dwarf Bright Gold' (Japanese yew) is an evergreen shrub with yellow variegated needles.  Taxus cuspidata 'Dwarf Bright Gold' has a broadly upright growth habit and has bright gold foliage if grown in full sun (will be green if grown in shade - ours are shade grown, so will be green when you receive them, but will quickly turn gold in the sun).  Taxus cuspidata 'Dwarf Bright Gold' is fairly slow growing (4-6 inches per year) and can be used in mass plantings or as a specimen.  Taxus cuspidata 'Dwarf Bright Gold'  would make a bold statement in a sunny conifer garden.
