Sat, Dec 13: Lefse Workshop, 1pm-5pm

Saturday, December 13th, 1pm-5pm  Lefse Workshop with Cortney - $89 per person  Cortney is bringing her Minnesota roots to Colorado for Christmas!  Did you grow up with Lefse and you can’t find it here in Colorado Springs? Here is your chance!  In this class we’ll be using an electric lefse griddle to cook up our “potato tortilla”.  While we take turns with the grill, each group will also learn how to make Knekkebrod (Norwegian Crisp Bread), which is one of Cortney’s favorite things!  This class will be taught in our workshop format. You will share a station with a partner to make your lefse and knekkebrod and share the bounty. This is a hands-on class. This class is vegetarian. On the menu:  Homemade Lefse (with freshly ground cinnamon and sugar, of course!)  Knekkebrod (with a yummy topping bar!)
