Saturday, December 20th, 5pm-8:30pm  Best Of: Rustic French with Dave - $99 per person   French Cuisine, long steeped in traditions, techniques, flavors, and amazing ingredients, is a global standard. In this class, we are going to take those principals and create some of the most iconic French dishes that will make you think you are dining in Paris! Keep in mind, as with anything French, there are A LOT of steps and the recipes will require A LOT of attention to detail, while working at a faster pace. This class is for the INTERMEDIATE cook. If you’re up for a challenge that’ll reward you with one of the best dinners you’ve had in a while, this is the class you’ve been waiting for!!! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one set of recipes.   On the Menu:   Cassoulet de Toulouse   Salmon Rillettes & Chicken Liver Pate   Classical Lobster Bisque & Salade Mentonnaise   Layer
