Soy Sauce Powder is unique in its use as you get all of the wonderful flavors of Soy Sauce without adding additional liquid which could potentially thin out, dilute, or overpower what you are making. And, in a pinch you can also make Soy Sauce with it. Simply combine 2 T. soy sauce powder with 3 T. water and stir until dissolved.  We love using it in spice blends.
