Sunday, November 23rd, 1pm-5pm  Slab Pies with Cortney - $89 per person  Do you need to make pie for a crowd? What better way than to do it in a large baking sheet! Cut it into square, serve it up and make everyone’s holiday without breaking a sweat.  Cortney will go over how to make our Gather Butter Pie Crust, how to roll out this oversided crust and how to bake them to perfection.  This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.   On The Menu:  Classic Pumpkin Pie  Cortney’s Pumpkin Apple Pie  Pear, Cranberry & Frangipane Pie  Chai Cream Pie
