HOW TO USE: Pour the necessary amount of Ultra-Lift 9 Lightening Powder into a glass or plastic container, mix with the Be Blonde Premium Cream Activator only in a dilution ratio of 1: 2, for example, for 25 grams of Lightening Powder, add 50 ml of 10 Be Blonde Premium Cream Activator, 20, 30 or 40 volumes.
