Ban-Ei 60th Anniversary L.E. Bamboo Fountain Pen 14K Gold G.K. Nib w/Box & Papers

Ban-Ei Japanese Eyedropper Fountain Pen handmade by Japanese lathe-master Eisuke Sakai and Tsuchida Shuichi, who was in charge of final assembly. This pen features a Warranted 14K Gold Fine nib made by the legendary Japanese nib master Ginjiro Kabutogi, and is stamped with his initials "G.K." Kabutogi is known as one of the greatest post war nib-masters and his nibs offer an amazingly unique writing experience. This particular pen is a limited edition 60th anniversary version produced in 1994. It is the "Bamboo flute" design and is marked with its limited edition number of 4983 (of 5000). The pen comes with the original box and limited edition certificate. A translated picture of this certificate can be seen in the photos. This pen has had the worn out, original cork shutoff valve seal replaced with o-rings.
