KT Tape® KT Flex® is specially engineered to provide more effective, comfortable support for weak or injured knees*. KT Flex® is for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, or those recovering from an injury who want extra support for the knee without the bulk and restriction of a stabilizing sleeve. The included quick start guide shows how to apply KT Flex® in the recommended way to promote support and stability in the knees*. Use the 2 strip application system to apply one FREEFLEX™ reinforced strip along the outside of the knee joint (lateral side) and the other reinforced strip without FREEFLEX™ along the inside of the knee joint (medial side).
