Checked bag. This wheel bag is an excellent truck bag, overnight bag, travel bag. Wide open on the inside with two side pockets. Excellent as a get away bag.    Outside dimensions: 30 x 14 x13 Outer material: 600 denier polyester. Inner material:  Water proof PVC lining (overall the bag is considered water resistant due to seams etc).  Main compartment: U-shape opening main pocket. Storage: 1 main compartment, 2 side zippered pockets. 3 wheels, conceal telescope handle and conceal compartment. Hard plastic base.  Attachments: D-rings.
