DESCRIPTION Microtech has updated the venerable Ultratech knife! While the dimensions and action remain the same as the previous model, this latest version features the effective, visually stimulating "tri-grip" texture. Further enhancements include beveled edges, a modified thumb slide, tri-angle hardware, and an everyday-friendly glass breaker tip. The end result is an impressive Ultratech that improves upon what has become the must-have OTF automatic. This Ultratech has a stonewash finished dagger blade with plain edges. The black anodized 6061-T6 aluminum handle has bead blasted pocket clip, glass breaker and stainless steel hardware. For those unfamiliar with the Ultratech, it's a fully automatic knife with a double-action out-the-front mechanism, meaning the thumb slide deploys the blade and retracts it as well.
