Monday Intermediate Game Development Lab Spring 2025

Designing with RPG Maker: Heroic Quests & Villainous Lairs In this class, students will use RPG Maker, a powerful and beginner-friendly game development tool, to create their own heroic adventure. They will design detailed maps for towns, forests, and dungeons, build unique characters using the Character Generator, and craft engaging storylines with interactive quests. Students will also explore RPG mechanics such as turn-based combat, puzzles, and progression systems. By the end of the course, each student will have a fully playable game showcasing their creativity, ready to share with family and friends.
