A Flower, a Fly & a Raindrop Dangle by Ancient Influences

I put these three pretty bits together on that first day of wild rain in October. It speaks to the joy and melancholy of summer's end. A rose cut diamond-studded fly alights on a deep purplish-red garnet, set in a high carat gold frame and suspended from its original chain. An onyx rain drop in a sawn-edge gold bezel hangs on a bit of chain. A red and white paste flower blooms in a gold setting. These little jewels all dangle together on a large gold jump ring, happily awaiting their person. Wear it on your fav fob chain. The ingredients in this dangle date from 1820-80. Garnet, onyx, paste, 9k to 20k. From the Bits & Bobs collection, random things that I find interesting together. Details.....The longest point measures 2.29" and the widest point is 0.36".
