Luxe 18k Band with Dazzling Sapphires & Diamonds

A luxe 18k gold band set with a dazzling array of sapphires and diamonds. The band is extremely wide, with three horizontal rows of sapphires and diamonds curving over the top of the ring. Ten emerald step-cut diamonds are set between slightly raised channels across the middle of the ring; two rows of 13 rectangular faceted sapphires are channel set on either side of the diamonds. The gem-set top of the ring tapers slightly into a substantial flat shank. A dramatic piece that feels great on the hand. Circa 1980. Ten emerald step cut diamonds have a 1.80cts, with VVS-VS clarity and F-G color. Twenty-six rectangular faceted sapphires have a 4.45tcw, with eye-clean clarity and medium, slightly grayish, blue (B 5/3) color. Details... Currently a size 6.75.
