100% Chardonnay, base 2020 Champagne Vouette & Sorbee is the creation of husband and wife Bertrand & Helene Gautherot. The Domaine is situated in Buxieres-Sur-Arce in the Cote des Bar. Five hectares of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc planted on Kimmeridgian slopes and a small part on Portlandian called Sorbee.
