Led by Luca Campinotti and his trio of extraordinary dogs, we spent the morning slipping through dappled light and fallen leaves, watching the dogs circle and scratch, then gently unearth the treasure below. The scent of warm earth and oak leaves, the thrill of discovery — became the genesis of this Olive Oil.White Truffles are nature’s greatest riddle. Their season is fleeting, their growth a mystery — hidden beneath Oak and Hazelnut trees, found only by instinct, patience, and the keen noses of trained dogs. They refuse cultivation, appearing only where the soil and rain conspire just right. That uncertainty is their m
