West-EZier 2nd anti-Goat IgG,HRP Conjugated

Affinity purified antibody isolated from a pool of serum from rabbits immunized with purified goat IgG was labeled with peroxidase by the periodate method of Nakane and Kawaoi. Store at 2-8℃ Specificity/Cross Reactivity Tested by gel diffusion and ELISA techniques as applicable. This product reacts specifically with goat IgG and may recognize other immunoglobulin types that have light chains in common with IgG. Reactivity to IgG sub-classes has not been tested. Antibodies to goat IgG may cross-react with immunoglobulins of other mammalian species if common binding sites are shared. Suggested Working Concentration Optimal working concentration should be determined experimentally. Prepare working dilution in TBS or other buffer such as BSA or Milk Diluent/Blocking Solution.
