The Xpert Plus Prestained Protein Marker consists of a marker with 11 clearly identifiable bands at convenient molecular weights. The protein sizes are approximately 10, 14,18, 26, 36, 49, 64, 75, 110, 150 and 250 kDa, and this product has three reference bands. The 26 kDa, 110 kDa reference bands, which have been recently improved, are orange, and 150 kDa reference band is purple. This marker is designed for monitoring protein separation during SDS-PAGE, verification of western transfer efficiency and approximate sizing of proteins.
