Xpert Stacking Gel Casting Buffer is a premixed gel polymerization buffer for Protein SDS-PAGE electrophoresis. It provides the effect of a gradient gel and offers maximum resolution. Xpert Stacking Gel Casting Buffer is ready-to-use premixed solution of SDS, Tris-HCl Buffer and polymerization reagent. All you need to do is mix it with your ammonium persulfate (APS) and acrylamide/bis solution. Xpert Stacking Gel Casting Buffer enables gel polymerization without the need for TEMED due to its special buffer formula􀆟on, and allows for the observation of sharp and defined bands during electrophoresis.
