APV Crepaco Skid-Mounted Tubular Pasteurizer - 10 GPM

APV Crepaco Skid-Mounted Tubular Pasteurizer. Previously used in a 10 GPM apple cider application. Built by APV in 1998, and only used seasonally (3-4 months per year) until the fall of 2011. Apple cider pasteurization is done at 160F and holds for 6 seconds to reduce e-coli bacterial counts. Tubular design can process particles greater than 1/16 inch in size, which a plate style unit cannot handle. Flooded volume: 9 gallons. Includes Dunkirk boiler but utilizes a remote chiller (not included). Automatic temperature control with Anderson ACR 700 chart recorder. Wood’s variable frequency drive on product pump for flow control. Wood’s E-TRAC AC Inverter - Input:208-230V, 10.4 amps Output: 3.5-230 V, 10.6 amps. APV centrifugal pump: Model 6V2, S/N: P8257, with Reliance Electric Motor: 3 hp, 3510 rpm, 230/460 V, 8.0/4.0 amps, 60 Hz, 3 phase. Balance tank: 30 gallons. Utility Requirements: hot water flow: 40 GPM / 150,000 BTU, chilled water flow: 30 GPM / 34F / 45 PSIG, water make-up: 5 GPM
