Charlotte Colloid Mill. Model: G5. S/N: 2291. Nominal capacity: 60 gpm (asphalt application), 600lbs. per hour (grease). Material of construction: 316 stainless steel. US Electric Enclosed Motor, 5 hp, 3600 rpm, 208-220/440 V, 15.15-14.3/7.15 amps, 60 Hz, 3 phase. Inlets: (1) 1/2 in. dia. NPT, (1) 3/4 in. dia. FNPT. Outlets: (1) 1/2 in. dia. NPT (male), (1) 3/4 in. dia. FNPT. All Charlotte colloid mills are designed to process temperatures up to 400°F at through put pressures up to 150 PSI. All mills have externally adjustable rotor and stator gap clearances. These clearances can be set anywhere from .005 in. to .070 in. Settings are achieved in increments of .001 in.
