Cherry Burrell No-Bac Unitherm IV Processing System. Model: No-Bac Unitherm IV. The No-Bac Unitherm IV is a complete unitized system for sterilizing fluid products at a rate of 20 to 40 gph. Products are heated up to 300°F and held for sterilization, then reduced then to 35°F after homogenization for packaging. It consists of two surge tanks, supply pump, high pressure pump, and Spiratherm heat exchangers. Cherry Burrell Stellar-Flo pump, model: SS-200, operating pressure: 300 psi, capacity: 100 gph, (1) 30 gallon stainless steel mix tank and (1) 30 gallon stainless steel balance tank. Cherry Burrell Flexflo centrifugal pump, model: OH-F, horsepower: 1/2 hp. (1) Cherry Burrell 4 in. dia. x 40 in. L Spiratherm. (5) Cherry Burrell 3 in. dia. x 14 in. L Spiraltherms.
