Frozen Juice System. Designed to take 3000 gallons per hour of frozen orange juice (0 degrees F), melt, grind, and liquefy it to a pumpable stage of 34 °F. Entire system consists of roller conveyor track, vertical lift dumper, stainless steel thaw tunnel, stainless steel food chopper, 400 gallon tank with agitator, and Tri-Clover positive displacement pump. Roller conveyor track features (14) rollers suspended in a 78 in. L x 37-1/2 in. W x 16 in. H Frame. Height at conveyor inlet: 14 in. Maximum aperture/clearance: 25 in. L x 24 in. W. Vertical lift has ability to dump product at a height of 14 ft. Lift is driven by a 2 hp Baldor Industrial Motor coupled to a Reynard Wormgear Speed Reducer with a ratio of 60:1 and a final rpm of 28.83. Product travels down through a 30 in. L x 29 in. W stainless steel tunnel into a stainless steel food chopper. Food chopper has (2) 12 in. dia. x 28 in. L press rollers.
