We never purchase traditionally (with harsh chemicals) decaffeinated beans. We rotate our decaf's region several times a year. In this coffee, you'll find notes of brown sugar and walnuts! We use Sugarcane Decaffeination to decaffeinate our coffee; an effective method that results in delicious coffee without the energy-boosting side effects.
