This medium roast from Honduras is a favorite amongst many. It has notes of sweet chocolate, nuts and soft cherry. It’s not gentle enough to be light, but not strong enough to be dark; the Honduran sits comfortably in the middle. We deliver premium quality beans that can be brewed in a variety of ways: Aeropress, French press, pour over, cold brewed, latte, or whatever else your preference may be.  Region: Marcala Tasting notes: sweet chocolate, nuts, and citrus
