Have a PSP you’d like upgraded or serviced? Our mail-in service is perfect for customers who want to send in their own console for professional maintenance and enhancements. Every mail-in order includes a thorough cleaning, rigorous testing, and basic maintenance to ensure your PSP is in top condition. You can also choose from a variety of upgrades to customize and enhance your console’s performance. If your PSP isn’t functioning properly, please select "Requires Troubleshooting" option. We will diagnose the issue, perform a thorough investigation, and provide an estimate for repair costs if they fall outside the scope of the service. Sending your console to us: Once you have placed your order, we will contact you with our mailing address. Be sure to include your order number in a piece of paper in the package with your full name.
