Counselor-in-training Millburn 2026

  Our Counselor-In-Training (CIT) program is designed for young leaders who are eager to develop their leadership skills, gain experience in educational settings, and assist in creating a positive and engaging camp environment. This program provides an excellent opportunity for participants to learn and grow while contributing to our camp community. Cost: $150 per week. The cost includes a camp t-shirt, training with our experienced staff, and all the materials for the week.  Location: Accepted CITs will be placed at either CBI (Congregation B'nai Israel) in Millburn or at our regular 215 Millburn Avenue location, depending on need. We may not be able to accept or keep CITs that are not able to be flexible on location.
