Java Washed showcases the refined elegance of the heirloom Java variety, originally from Ethiopia. Grown on our family farm, this microlot undergoes a 136-hour fermentation, is fully washed, and dried on raised beds. The result is a radiant cup with bright floral and caramel notes and a refreshing tangerine-like acidity. Each tin contains 8oz of freshly roasted coffee.
