We diverted some Lucille to the pilot system and fermented it with Chico Yeast instead of our house Georgetown Ale Yeast. This version has less dried stone fruit esters from the fermentation and instead presents a clean snappy profile that boasts flavors and aromas of lemon citrus, pine and Spring blossoms. We recommend getting a pour of each versions of Lucille and tell us what you think!
