Online Class - Phase VI: Stairway to Heaven; scent pool exercises. This course is designed to teach the trailing/ tracking handler how to train the dog in in overcoming scent pools created by the subject. Jeff will delve deeply into the differences between a live scent pool and a dead pool and how the dog may be affected by them. Scent pools are everyday human activity. Normal people when fleeing, lost, or otherwise, rarely walk a programmed distance, with programmed turns and simply hide behind a tree. They do things and anything done tin a trail creates a scent pool. Participants who cannot attend due to unforeseen  circumstances may take a future course at no additional charge. All Tracking courses are for any potential tracking K9.
